Join Turn Oakland County Green and Sierra Club for a nature hike through Tenhave Woods and a natural garden. As fall approaches across our northern forests,  let's take one final moment to appreciate our natural spaces and what they have to offer.

 This will be an educational walk through the forest, seeing what we can find. We will also reflect on how climate change could threaten northern forests like ours in the future. 

This event will be hosted by naturalist and activist Claire Nowicki in Royal Oak.  Claire has a degree in zoology from Michigan State University. She works as an environmental educator.

We will meet inside the senior center for a brief presentation before heading out into the woods. Space is limited, please register here to secure your spot.
